Acrobatics (5 - 17)

Acrobatics, or Acro, blends athleticism and artistry, incorporating tumbling, balancing, and partner/group work alongside dance movements. Acro builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while also encouraging spatial awareness and confidence. It is a challenging, yet fun and energetic dance style.

Ballet (5 - 18+)

Ballet is a classical dance form known for its grace, precision, and technical movements. It is an elegant and expressive style of dance that encourages dancers to develop their strength, coordination, and focus.

Contemporary (5 - 18+)

An expressive and dynamic style of dance. Contemporary is a great way to explore movement and expression, and develop strength and coordination.

Jazz (5 - 18+)

An energetic and expressive form of dance that embodies popular music. Jazz is a great way to develop expression, strength and coordination.

Tap (5 - 18+)

Tap incorporates fast, intricate footwork to create percussive rhythms. This dance style encourages focus, memory, and coordination.

Open (18+)

Our Open classes are for anyone over 18 who wants to dance - no matter your level of dance experience. These classes include dance fitness, technique, and choreography components, with versatile movements that can be adapted to suit different abilities.

Creative Dance (2.5 - 4)

Our creative dance classes combine jazz, ballet, and contemporary foundations to encourage young dancers to develop coordination, confidence, and a love for movement. These classes are exciting and imaginative - a great place for little dancers to learn, develop skills, and have fun.
