General Class Requirements

All long hair must be tied back

No denim or school uniforms

No necklaces, bracelets, watches, large earrings

Pre-School Classes

Jazz shoes OR Full-sole Ballet Shoes

Anything that is comfortable to move in

Open Classes

Jazz/Contemporary: Any Jazz shoes, socks, or bare feet

Tap: Any Tap shoes

Any dance/active wear

Shoes

Shoe requirements for performances are the same as class shoe requirements. Dance shoes should be put on upon arrival at class and taken off before leaving to keep shoes in good condition.

Tights and Undergarments

Skin-toned convertible dance tights are required for all performance classes.

Any undergarments must be skin-toned with skin-toned or clear straps.

Hair and Make-up

Hair must be styled neatly using hairspray, mousse, or hair gel.

All dancers are required to wear lipstick.

All other make-up is optional for dancers under 8yrs.

Other make-up: foundation, blush, eyeshadow (brown/natural tones), mascara, eyeliner
